Sooo My Child Turned 10 Months On The 3rd.. Her Father Is On Child Support With Supervised Visits. He’s Made It To 2 Visits Out Of 14 &’ They Started In February.. Last Month, His MOM Drove Him To My Parents House AFTER Visitation Hours. They’re Suppose To Be From 1 - 5, But They Decided To Come AT 5, The Other, I Drove To HIS Moms House. The Last One We Had, He Didn’t Even Interact With Her Bc She Would Cry When Our Moms Would FORCE Him To Hold Her, So He Just Sat On His Phone The Whole Time. Anyways.. The Last Visitation, He Missed &’ We Didn’t Hear Anything From Him Regarding Why He Missed Or Even Letting Us Know He Wouldn’t Show Up, But He Decided To Message Me On Facebook Saying He Misses Me &’ Flirting With Me (Never Once Asking About His Kids.) After He Realized I Wasn’t Going To Respond, He Started Trying To Video Chat A Few Times, Randomly &’ Then Said He Was Trying To See Our 10 Month Old... Never Once ASKED Am I Busy Or Anything.. After I Didn’t Answer, He Started Trying To Play Victim Like He Tries So Hard To See His Daughter, But He Really Just Picks &’ Chooses When He Wants To Be A “Dad” &’ He Doesn’t Even Do A Good Job At That Bc She’s 10 Months Old &’ I Can Count On One Hand How Many Times She’s Seen Him, Which Is Why She Doesn’t KNOW Him.. My Question Is, Do I HAVE To Answer His Calls? She Can’t Talk Nor Will She Sit There Long Enough To Look At Someone She Doesn’t Even Know &’ I’ve Tried To Do This Before &’ He Just Tried Talking &’ Flirting With Me. The Court Never Told Us Anything About Calls, Simply Because She Can’t Talk, Soooo Can Anybody Help Me?
