Are u spose to take a temp every-day n take a ovulation test?

I start temping on cycle day 1 and ovulation tests when my cycle ends up until I get a positive and then stop a couple days later to make sure it goes back to negative...

Yes everyday at the same time. I like to take my basal body temperature to confirm ovulation happened. I like opks to test with, plus I like to pee on tests 😂
