So I have had 2 cups of coffee the whole pregnancy but today I got a free one from Starbucks so I looked up caffeine intake and it was allowed for the day. But I drank it at 5 pm now I can’t sleep and I keep panicking on where to find room for all the baby stuff in the house so I’m cleaning and getting rid of so much. Laid down for bed but still so amped so I got back up and finished the huge bookshelf clean out. Oh my not having caffeine like ever during this pregnancy really effects me when I had some tonight lol. Never used to
