Need help!

Just got sent home from labor and delivery, while I was being monitored my heart rate went up due to anxiety. I've suffered from anxiety for years now but they haven't bothered me for about a year now. I don't like taking any kind of medicine that makes me feel weird. Just needing some tips on how to handle the anxiety when I go back in Thursday to get induced.
