I was a xl trying to squeeze into a medium or large and that’s when I realized I’m at my biggest weight once u hit the 200s it’s hard to lose it .I need to get more dedicated cause I slip up way too often all it takes is for my man to tell me he going to the store and ask me what I want to fall off the wagon
