Probably white noise and just sleeping. You don’t need to really worry about movement until 28 weeks

Don't worry dear. I kid you not there were atleast 3 different occasions where i didnt feel my baby move for about 2 days straight ... i would panic and go insane calling my Doctors. Lmao, i went in twice for urgent care just incase anything and also because i felt pains. They prob thought i was so pathetic!

I am 34 weeks now and heres what i discovered...

IF when baby isnt moving and you'd like "reassurance" then drink a bottle of apple or orange juice. That will def get baby wiggling. Works everytime for me.

IF when you are feeling lots of unusual pains, 1. Make sure you are fully hydrated... Even i couldn't believe the amount of water i was supposed to be drinking. 2. Make sure nothing is leaking through down there then you are fine (blood, clear fluid, white pouty discharges ).... the amount of pains that ive been through had made me so worried but i guess it's all normal. Lol.

@bbyzvcy18, yeah I had bad gas cramping last night I couldn't sleep all night I was tossing and turning trying different ways to get it out nothing... a lot has me worried and this is my first child so it's all new but thank you for telling me that. Sometimes it's hard because I work 8 hours a day so I can only drink water.

@jennyg51397 Awww, take care of yourself. I learned with this 2nd pregnancy that i better take care of myself AND almost as if i better be selfish. Ahahaa. Do it for you and baby. You guys come first, no matter what anyone says or think.

@bbyzvcy18, yeah when I get into my 30 weeks it's gunna be hard working at a factory but I will try to work as long as I can. I don't wanna harm the baby
