I'm going for the patch. I had the patch, pill, & depo. Pill I couldn't remember to take and depo just a big NO, never again. The patch was the one that worked best for me.
I’m using the Mirena IUD. was on depo and pill before. Hated depo, can’t remember the pill.. Husband won’t use condoms. So my options are pretty limited. Lol

I have the para guard iud and so far it’s great, there’s no hormones in it either.
