Also, make sure you are using the right size. If your pump is too tight, it’ll hurt your nipples more.

Yup. That is the stuff! Massage it in and let them air out whenever possible. I used nursing pads lined with it too. Cooled Aloe gel can soothe but doesn't last as long and has to be washed off

I used the Medallia gel pads. I strictly pumped and these worked like a charm! I used one a day. Make sure you rinse some of the stickiness off before applying or it will hurt to take it off.

Definitely check your flange size! The hydrogel pads are very soothing. I’ve used the Medela and Lansinoh kind. My favorite nipple cream by far is Earth Mama Organic Nipple Butter. That stuff works wonders!

I used honest nipple cream. But I found they were more dry in the beginning. As my nipples got use to the pumping, it got better. Hang in there momma
