Any tips on how to clean an apartment quick? My mom will be here in 3 days and so far only the bathroom and living room look decent. My MIL is coming over tomorrow to help my husband clean while I’m at work but I don’t want them to have to do a lot. I’m hoping to get the bedrooms done tomorrow morning so all that’s left is the kitchen and putting away clothes plus 2 loads of clothes.

Do you have any days off meanwhile? If so I would spend the day cleaning. It doesn’t take that long to clean. I usually finish cleaning my whole house in 2 hours and that’s with a 7 month old and 4 years old by my side.

I always find it goes faster if you do one room at time. I start with the areas people spend most time living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway.
I've also had my husband tend to the kids and make food while I cleaned when I had a certain time to make sure everything is clean.
