Oral temping works, unless you’re a mouth breather then you won’t get reliable temps. Temping is seriously the best way to know when your body ovulates tho 🙌🏼 I always thought I ovulated two days after my positive opk and as it turns out i release my eggy the very next day. It’s awesome!

Orally, but you've got to do it the moment you wake up, before moving from bed or anything.
