It's better if you brew it once you wake up in the morning and drink the cup once its completely cold during lunch. Just gulp it down like water

I think it's better cold. Brew it then pour it over ice. Give a shot and see if it helps 😉

@misscoco, i poured half the container of honey and i still almost died lol ... i really am not a tea drinker . I hate regular tea

I mixed it with pomegranate tea or different flavored iced tea
