Okay ladies I need suggestions...what do you do for a headache while pregnant?😫 literally can’t…

You can take extra strength Tylenol that usually helps me but if not try staying hydrated drink lots of water!!

I got headaches in the beginning of my pregnancy. Tylenol regular strength and a nap helped.

Drink lots of water

Drink a can of coke

I’ll probably try more water and Tylenol. I tried a nap but between this little girl kicking my ribs and the headache that didn’t happen 🙄

Smelling peppermint oil helped me. I also put one drop on a tissue with coconut oil and dabbed it on my temple. Went away very quickly
