What do you guys do other then the obvious, about a babies smelly neck? Yes we bath him.

It’s usually caused by milk or spit up falling into the folds of skin. I just keep washcloths nearby to use throughout the day or you could use sensitive wipes.

You can also use Vaseline or baby oil as a barrier because the more you wipe, the more irritation it can cause.

I just wipe them off with wipes usually that’ll do the trick

Not sure about smell, but I use corn starch to keep it dry,

I used baby wipes since they are a lot softer than the baby wash cloths and didn’t seem to irritate his skin.
