Just as it says. Our baby is due in August and with our first my SO worked during the day. Now he is working night shift from 7 pm-5am so he is going to be sleeping during the day. What did you and your SO do or buy to prepare? We only thought of buying ear plugs but is there more we can do or buy so he can sleep well?
