Is it appropriate to give a teacher wine as a teacher appreciation gift? If not a wine glass?

I think, "why not?" We all know the job can be pretty stressful at times. Maybe include chocolates too. Wine and chocolate, yum. If you decide not to do the wine, a nice insulated water bottle or a cute paper weight would be a nice gift as well 😊

K i will probably buy a bottle of rose, since i don't know if she likes red or white, and some chocolate covered pretzels. The school asked that every child send a gift card, of any denomination, and a snack food item but i just don't like the idea of a gift card.
