Any tips for getting a toddler to eat more of a variety? My daughter pretty much lives on cheese, bread, and fruit right now 🤦♀️👀
You could try and do something like this to get a feel of different things to eat. It might make them more open to new foods you want to give 🤷♀️
Start introducing it with something she already likes. I’m not sure having it in another form will make her open to new things if she thinks she only eats fries, but o would maybe introduce broccoli covered in cheese, etc. or pizza with an added topping , or spaghetti and add mushroom in the sauce , etc .
@havensmommy1, You're welcome! He doesn't even know they're different. I get him the broccoli ones, the carrot ones, and there is a white bean and cauliflower tater tot that he likes too. Next, trying sweet potato!
@nomli Thanks I never thought of the veggie fries! I'll have to try that for sure
I give my daughter these vegetable and fruit pouches. Honestly I pick the ones that would seem incredibly nasty but are actually super healthy. I get the beechnut brand. And I just trick my daughter and tell her it’s her desert. She loves them though so it definitely helps in getting her to eat just about everything.
