Mommies I need help! We are trying to potty train and we have been for about a year now and NOTHING is working! When it comes to peeing he will go through periods where he does really good and then times where he won't go unless we make him, and forget about pooping! I can make him sit on the potty for a while hoping hell go, I've tried bribing with candy and toys, I've tried using undies and saying "don't pee pee or poop on (insert characters name here)" I've tried letting him run around naked but then our house is just covered in pee spots. Does anyone have any tips that have worked for them really well?

It takes time love girl my oldest wasn't fully potty trained until her 3rd birthday but consistency is key as long as they are constantly doing it over and over again they will eventually get it and rewarding him when he goes potty works to.

I just read the book "Oh crap potty training" by Jamie glowacki in preparation for when I start potty training my daughter. A lot of my friends recommended it and said it worked wonders for them. Plus it uses humor so it's a good read
