You should be able to just unclamp

I called his Dr.. They told me if it doesn't have an odor or pus coming out to leave it alone.

If you are at home the clamp need to come off. Looks like part of the prob is that it may be rubbing and pulling the cord off before its fully healed. And remember no baths until it is competly healed.

Have doc look at it it looks infected to me as well hope little man gets better soon
