Every 2-3 hrs for about 15-20 minutes just like a feeding.

If you have an oversupply just pump when it's time for a feeding about every 2-3 hours. If baby is able to latch to both sides you do not have to pump at all unless you want to store some. I'm still breastfeeding my 1yo and the only reason I ever pumped is to have a little for when I was away.
