@aidensmommy110 that is so easy to do...so long as you don't go over on your carbs, you will get there. It is tough at first to eat higher fat foods and less protein.
I just try to focus on what I can have...like cheesecake!...and surround myself with things I like that I can have. I really like the Bai drinks for something sweet once in a while. The cronometer app really helps me stay on track
