For those of you mamas who just had your baby, what did you do too lose weight???
I'm 4 weeks post partum with baby #4 And I realized with all my previous pregnancies I gained weight after birth due to my continued pregnancy eating habits. This time around I decreased the amount I eat and it's really helping me lose weight. I was 158 before I got pregnant and now I'm 142. Best of luck!!!
Put the baby in the pram and walk, walk, walk! It's melting off me already and I'm 5 weeks pp. Baby always is really settled afterwards too 😊
Breastfeed my baby, take care of my 3 year old, cook and clean. Pretty much just got back to my regular routine and the weight came off on its own.
