@dragon_ball_mommy on the stove, I browned ground beef with fajita seasoning, threw in sliced olives, half a can of rotel with hatch green Chile's and roasted garlic and half a can of refried beans (prob wont use the beans next time) then on medium-low heat took tortillas buttered one side put it in the pan butter side down covered evenly in,cheese put meat mixture on one half of tortilla then folded and squished a little. (Wait to add meat till most of the cheese is melted)
