My doctor says Tylenol is safe during pregnancy . Unfortunately headaches can be s symptom of pregnancy . Hope you feel better

Tylenol Cold compress on your head or go to sleep other than that I have nothing for you because I'm still dealing with a headache that comes and goes but that's all part of pregnancy.

I think I take Tylenol every other day now. This twin pregnancy is hard. I barely got headaches with my first Singleton. Drinking water helps but then I pee every other second

I got them while pregnant. I placed a cold compress behind my neck and on my forehead and a heat pad on my toes. Then I stayed in dark and quiet room and took a nap. Hope they stay away! You might want to stay hydrated and also your blood sugar level. That does it sometimes.
