UV rays are what we get from the sun so tanning is no safer than using a sunbed. They are not directly dangerous to an unborn baby but they can break down folic acid enough to cause a deficiency so you’d need to take more of it if you already take it. But pregnant women have heightened sensitive skin so the risk to your own health is higher. They are just cancer cages. 🤦🏻♀️
It’s not safe as the uv is very dangerous to your unborn baby!! As advised of a nurse & midwife I was doing 18 mins at a time 3 xs a week when I found out I was pregnant & it’s the 1st thing they said too me ! x
Heard someone said its safe, anyway thank you all for the advises xxx
I always use sunbeds and the only time I don’t use them is when I’m pregnant , I just wouldn’t risk it , espically with the uv lights and radiation’s x
No hun don't use them they can change your temperature thats makes it dangerous for the baby x
