Yea i know i guess i been trying all these year and didnt get pregnant until 11 years later i guess it got me sacred
@tjessica2006 exactly, and my baby girl was perfectly healthy. I wouldn't worry. The only time you worry is if your Dr tells you to.
I drank ensure when I was pregnant with my son. I had severe hyperemesis gravidarum. I was throwing up several times a day from 8 weeks all the way to 27 weeks. I threw up EVERYTHING except for ensure. I love the vanilla only one I would drink. I'd drink one or 2 everyday just to get nutrition for my baby and it was convenient too while I went to work to hold me until I ate lunch. Glad I did. Even though I had a emergency csection at 34 weeks, my baby was still small 4lbs 6oz. I feel like the ensure drinks helped alot cause he could have been smaller and unhealthy.
Ok but she not even a pound maybe it me and my anxiety but it she was a pound or more it would be ok but she not
@raheemah05 I did some research and it suppost to weight more then that and plus i not showing it look like i about 1 month
@chelleyb93 because I 6 months pregnant and my baby weight less then a pound
@tjessica2006 that I'm not 100%. I would say yes because I wasn't getting the nutrients I need to help the baby gain weight.
If you don't like the way it tastes. A good alternative is carnation instant breakfast, just make it with whole milk.
It made me nauseous but I was having a hard time eating do to appetite suppression and was loosing too much weight. I did help with the weight gain buy slowly
I was wondering the same and keep forgetting to ask my doctor if it’s safe
I did. I personal didn't like the taste but that's my preference. I had the chocolate and tried the vanilla but that one was too sweet for me.
@tjessica2006, I drank it to hold me over and I personally liked the taste not really sure if there were any benefits but my daughter ended up being 9.1 lbs!
