Any other moms in here working on their mombods? I'm 6 weeks pp and started working out this last week. I was really really fit before I got pregnant with my second baby and I intend to get back to that stage before my next one. It def helps with your oregnancy ladies! No one could even tell I was pregnant until I was 9 months! Even now, no one would ever know I have 2 kids 2 and under.

@mommy2babygirl I do 5-6 days a week in the gym lifting for at least 2 hrs and at least 3 - 5k runs a week outdoors. I'm currently easing myself into actual bodybuilding so I have to spend a lot of time in the gym! I would say what I personally is probably too rigorous so soon after a c-section, just because that's so much trauma to your abdominal muscles BUT you can see look up diastis recti and core strengthening routines on YouTube and they'll have great tips for getting your tummy back in shape in specific. Also, if you aren't wearing one yet, a pp girdle will really help as well. I didn't need one with my girls, but I was also EXTREMELY tiny while pregnant. Like the day I delivered no one could tell I was pregnant if I wore a regular semi-loose t-shirt.

@bjohnson120590, what’s your routine? I lost 25lbs the week she was born but I finally can start to exercise next week I’ll be 6 weeks PP after c section .. I was literally this size before and now I’m super depressed from my stomach 😩

@walkers-mom I weigh 123 currently and am 5'5 but I'm fairly muscular so that makes a big difference. When I'm not so toned I sit somewhere between 112-115.

@bjohnson120590, yeah that wasn’t me 🤣🤣 i mean i was 110 lbs before i got pregnant with my first but that’s cause I’ve always been small my whole life lol. Wasn’t fit or anything. I need to start eating healthier and going on walks and once i loose the weight i want then tone it up.

@walkers-mom I had a killer body before I got pregnant both times and it made all the difference for my recovery. I was back to pre-baby size 3 days after birth this time!

Kinda, I work out when I can, but I'm very active and I have what they call an over active thyroid. I melt the the weight off, people are always always surprised I have 4 kids. 😂 I just work out to stay toned-ish! Anyways! You look great!

@squishymommy1 okay! I do know that that is, I just didn't know what it was called. That's so cool! I'm just boring and do regular workouts/runs/weightlifting 😂. Yours is so much more exotic.

@pocahontasmama that's amazing girl! Congratulations all your hard work is paying off!!! And diet is definitely the hard part. If you're ever interested in pointers or recipes though feel free to message me! I used to cater so I actually cook really nice clean meals instead of settling for plain boring rice, chicken, and steamed veggies!

My second is 15 months but over the past year I’ve dropped 42 lbs just by doing Jillian Michael dvds

Wish I could get a good eating regimen down.
