Is it best to have sex every other day during your fertile week? Or every day?

Normally supposedly its have sex a day then skip a day. Suppose to give the sperm time to build back up and replenish.

The last 2 days before ovulation are the best days to have sex. I wouldn't skip those.

If there are no known issues with sperm count everyday is good. But other than that every other day because it takes time for sperm production.

My dr said to have sex every other so that your so sperm will build back up
