ladies i need help ! advice plsss! my 2 weeek old is constipated i have tried anything i could think of ,i went to the pediatrician and she suggested karo syrup (did not work) tried rectal stimulation ,belly massage , bycicle legs ,constipation drops ,im all out of ideas 😣&i have a baby that wont stop crying :(

My son was a lil older but the dr suggested Pedialyte or 100% juice. I took a medicine syringe and did half and half and it worked really fast!! I used flavor free pedialyte and juicy juice apple

My kids doctor always suggested apple juice!

@raquely breast milk i only supplement formula when im out which is rarely ever @mommy_x3 isnt she too young for apple juice?@jules828

Breastfed babies can go up to 10 days without pooping because they’re so little waste from breast milk. I found though that if I ate brocolli or cauliflower when my boy was young I’d give him a sore tummy with lots of trapped wind.

Have you tried cutting dairy from your diet? Typically that's the first thing to cut to try and see of that helps with gas.
I used hylands gas drops with both of my children before every feeding and it made a huge difference.

@mariapb i do know that they can go a bit without pooping but the thing that is getting me is that shes acting like she needs to go (pushing like shes trynna pass the stool ) i havent really changed how i was eating since i started breastfeeding . so i really dont have a clur what it could be ? @raquely hmmm maybe ill try that to see ,how much do u think? @jessicalaneee i have not ,but i dont really eat anything dairy at all ? would she be able to use those drops sjes omly 2 weeks?

@mommytonayeliz yes they can be used from birth. I've only found them on Amazon and Walgreens
