@d0iinjusfiin3, they just don’t want you to eat in case you have to have surgery :) my best friend had her third child and since she’d had two uncomplicated births they let her eat while in labor with her third, even though she was in the hospital.

And people who birth at centers and at home are encouraged to eat. I don’t condone breaking hospital rules. Lol but if I didn’t eat I’d get sick and dry heave. So that was a negative for me.

I ate mambos seafood right before my 1st induction and Landry’s right before this induction😂 it’s probably better to not eat heavy tho cuz I threw up after this labor bad. I’d eat a fat dinner & maybe a muffin or banana on the way to the hospital so you have some sorta strength for contractions !

I was induced at 4am, and couldn’t have anything to eat after midnight. Only ice chips.

My doctor told me to eat a big meal before I went to the hospital because I wasnt allowed to eat again till after baby came

But I also ate breakfast in secret 🙊 I was starving and sick. Lol

When I was induced I couldn’t eat after midnight. I was supposed to be induced at 7am but they didn’t start til 8.

i ate at the hospital.. I was scheduled for 9am and didnt stop eating until 4pm.. im sure thats the wrong way to do it lol but i was hungry

I believe your supposed to stop at 10pm the night before ?
