Anyone else really gassy? Like it’s cramping my tummy cause I’m so gassy.. what do I do for it?

Goodness yes! One day (TMI) my stomach was sooo full of air like I had a belly ache, and every few seconds (hard to explain but) it wasn't farts coming out but more like... Lol... Air bubbles.. Totally difficult for me

Oh I let it out but it’s still hurting my belly. This sucks lol. Never had this issue before.

The gas keeps getting stuck in my chest so I completely understand .
