Are any of u mommas expecting a push gift? I wasn't expecting one with my last child and got one. I'm not with this one either but was just wondering if anyone expects to receive a gift from their SO after delivery

@kerryy23 idk if it's an American thing or not. I remember when I ha dmy son in 2016 friends and family asking me if my SO was getting me a push gift
I didn’t expect a push gift, my gift was finally after 3.5 years of trying and 41+6 weeks of being pregnant getting to hold my beautiful baby. However I did get a graduation/congrats on baby gift from my dad and step mom. I graduated college end of January and had our daughter on 4-12-18.
I never knew it was a thing and never expected anything but my SO got me $100 gift card to Bass Pro Shop 😊 he knows me well!
@briannalynn547 I agree with expecting a gift being rude. The only push gift I expect is the one in pushing out of me lol

My gift is my husband that's by my side everyday and it's up with me and my hormonal but!
I honestly never even knew this was a thing until I was over 30 weeks lol . Same with a baby moon . I think expecting a gift is kinda rude , but my boyfriend got me like a nice gift bag full of some cute things (:
