Same situation when we have my stepson ... his mom will argue & fight that she can’t get him because no car but she’s out every single day & weekends . S/O has to pick up on his weekends but she has to pick up on the last day yet she “cant” but she’s never home 🤦🏻‍♀️ if you can go out you can take 15 min to pick up your son it’s literally 15 min away

@blueezy23, yes! His family is like that too when they all have vehicles and ways they just want me to bring her to them so they don’t have to run lazy ass people.

@annahasanovic__, we would help her out because she’d help us out when we had no car but she would make us be in front of her house for an hour until she got home . Definitely put a stop to that . If you say you’ll be there at a certain time don’t show up hours later so now she has to pick him up . Which is the same issue her showing up late . She’s supposed to pick up at 6pm but will call at 10pm saying she can’t come cuz she’s tired like no sweetie you get your ass up and drive over here you had a responsibility to pick up at a certain time we ain’t dropping him off cuz you’re “tired” 🙄

@annahasanovic__, exactly !! Then she expects everyone to babysit whenever she says . Like no lady it’s your son your responsibility other people have plans and will not cancel for you .... when my son leaves I make sure to be home when it’s time for him to get dropped off not a minute later . And if I need a babysitter best believe I’ll ask if anyone has plans because I don’t expect people to cancel for me ... her she’s something else 🙄 then gets upset when she can’t go out and everybody else does because obviously they weren’t canceling for her

@blueezy23, lmao shit I don’t do anything anymore since I had my baby it’s apart of being a mother and she has to except it we laid down and had our children so it’s our job to raise them not saying as moms we can’t let loose and have a little run every now and then but when it comes to getting your kid then yeah I’d ditch going out to pick up my child when I’m supposed to

@annahasanovic__, exactly . She expects to go out every single weekend and every anniversary every month . Like since I’ve had my baby I’ve been on 2 dates in 7 months . Yes I want to go out & have fun go wild but hey I have a responsibility and I’m not just gonna make someone watch My kid so I can go out .... I only go out when my MIL offers to watch him because she knows I’m home 24/7 and don’t get a break and she tells me I need to get out for a bit . But I wouldn’t make anyone watch my kid for my own fun
