Sorry for being a pain and all questions but as i want to breastfeed what's the best breast pump to…

I wouldn't recommend buying an expensive pump before hand. Get a cheaper manual one until you establish your breastfeeding just incase you become engorged etc. Bottles I swear by mam bottles and I got the large Milton Cold water sterilisor. I think they are fantastic xx

@sobia ahh thank u stressing me out as people keep saying if breastfeed i wont need bottles ect and im like well what if wana express and go to freeze down lol so stressful

@lauren_h I remember thinking that too! For me at the start I needed bottles because I wasn't producing enough and my latch wasn't right. I'm so glad I had the bottles with me just incase. And I never really use my pump at all. I only got a manual one because I was taking medication and thought I might need to pump and dump.

@sobia ahh ok i want bottles really as i know want to breastfeed but dont think im brave enough to whip boobs out in public 😂😂 and then people say its confuses bby going from breast to bottle before 2 months old x

@lauren_h I did have to mix feed at the start and I used the mam bottles from 3 days old as well as breast. I know every baby is different but it didn't cause any confusion with my dd. But the midwifes say that the dummy is what causes major confusion xx

My insurance paid for a brand new pump for me, maybe check and see if yours offer that. I have a spectra s2 and I love it. I can’t recommend bottles because my baby refused them so I didn’t really pump until she was about 10 months old and would take a sippy cup.
