Anyone else on a keto diet or something similar?

It’s just not good to do extreme restrictive diets such as Keto while pregnant. Diets like that restrict carbs to an excess & can be unhealthy for baby. I would ask your doctor for their opinion before starting any diet while pregnant.

I just switched to the keto diet because I guess it's supposed to help with pcos. I'll ask them at my next checkup.

If you’re not pregnant yet, then yes, keto can be a great way to lose weight, & losing weight is known to help with PCOS.
