I need Mom friend dating advice lol
I’m finally going to a local moms meetup next week and am kind of nervous!! I haven’t really made new friends in YEARS! Since we moved out of state in 2013.... I have old highschool friends back home but that’s about it. So, anyone have advice on making new friends as an adult!? Halp!

I think everyone feels the same at some point. Going to the meet up is a big step, you’ll find everyone probably feels the same, chat about your kids, ask questions about theirs. I’ve not met a Mum yet that couldn’t talk for hours about their own child. Lol
Just look for common ground. You already have kids in common. I always ask a lot of open ended qs that are relevant to the current topic. I’m sure the moms will be welcoming too. Have fun!
Lol I don't mean to be rude but isn't that the reason we are on this app......i have no friends that I hang out with. All I have are my kiddos and family and its not even my blood family its in-laws
Don’t force anything and let any conversations come as naturally as possibly. But greet everyone you see there because your new best friend could surprise you!
