My doctor said i can drink raspberry leaf tea to induce labor cuz i have reached 37 wks an 3 days…

Yes, tastes good and it could help! With my first son I made a cup of that tea, had some sex and by 9 am the next morning I was in the hospital, contractions 4 mins apart, unfortunately I had pre eclampsia and my BP and heart rate were through the roof so I had an emergency c section but I feel like that had something to do with it. A lot of people say it doesn’t work but I feel like it did for me.

How many cups did yall drink

@guzmanjazzy0, I drank one cup, for me, that’s all it took. I remember boiling up the water, putting one bag in it, leaving it there for about 30 mins till it cooled off and I took it down in one shot. It tasted so good for me, I wanted more but I was told not to over do it.

My blood pressure has also been up too today it was 129 over 96

Oh yes! With my 2nd I didn’t need to because I did some walking that sent me straight into labor but once I’m past the 37 week mark I’m going to drink some tea, walk & if my bf stops being so scared, I’ll have sex. Lol I’m ready to meet my baby and I don’t wanna wait! Plus I feel huge & uncomfortable already. Can’t imagine waiting til 39 weeks for my c section.

I havnt tried sex its been a month so hopefully sex works too lol

Personally I think it's too early to try to be inducing labor. Alot of babys brain development is completed in that time. Baby will come when they are ready.
