@geniac, yes you couldn’t have said it any better lol first time mom is exactly how I felt at first but little by little I remembered everything and it’s getting easier my son is like that too with his little brother he loves holding him and helping me with him so I always include him because at first I was scared to let him hold him and I noticed he was getting really jealous and acting out but since we changed it up well it worked out great i haven’t tried spending one on one time with him though that’s a great idea I believe it will help him more feel included so to say. Thanks
@mchazlett1229...For me, well lets just say i feel like im a first time mom all over again. I just take it one day at a time but im enjoying it. My daughter is so happy to have a little brother. She is a teenager so its a bit different. Or at least i think so. She loves to carry him and cuddle him when she comes home from school and then she is off to do homework and is busy most of the time. Ahhh...try to include your son in activities you do with the baby. I include my daughter and when i go shopping for the baby i buy her something too. Even if its something small. I also take her shopping or to the store just me and her and leave the baby with his dad so that i can spend one on one time with her. Even if its just for an hour. Hope things get better for you.
@geniac, how are you doing it? What does your oldest think ? I swear my son is still jealous but he says he ain’t but he just acts out from time to time
