You should mama and whoever comes, I’m sure you will have a great time just don’t go ALL out on food or on the cake. To my baby shower, our list was like 60 people, we had about 25, so luckily we didn’t get huge portions of food and of the cake. Kept it simple and tbh I liked the people that came, it was calm, everyone was doing their own thing! Just invite those that matter to you and it’ll be a special moment you’ll always remember.

I’m not having one. My husband and I aren’t from here so we wouldn’t have many friends or family that would show up. My parents and siblings live here and they would pretty much be the only people to come. We’ve decided to just have like a cook out situation to celebrate but not a full blown baby shower. I’m gonna use that money to buy the rest of the things I need for her.

Of course it is. It's to celebrate your baby. My baby shower which was just this past weekend, a lot of people came and we were buried with gifts.

My sister had one last year and it was just us 4 sisters plus her 2 best friends and their mom... but she still recieved so much gifts.

Anyways, id have one just so i can show my baby in the future. 10 years ago baby showers weren't too popular so my daughter didnt get one... shes so confused as to why all these babies are getting baby showers but she didnt. Lol.

I ended up with two showers this time around. One small one, where only two of my cousins, my aunt and my mom/sister showed up but it was fun and small and I still got tons of stuff for my little girl.

My boyfriends family is throwing us a shower this Sunday....she seems to be going a little crazy, and I’ve never met most of them so we will see how enjoyable that one is. 😂

I regretted throwing a baby shower since this my first pregnancy I invited 26 people And Only 2 people showed up I wasted money for nothing so If I have any more kids I'm not throwing another baby shower.

I only invited my family and friends and few people from my moms old church. I didn't invite my child's father nor his family to the shower
