Bad mummy moment today 😢 took Isabella to the dentist and they said her teeth have started to push…

Does she have a favourite teddy? I always move Harper’s out of sight through the day so she doesn’t bother with it but she loves her knitted teddy instead xx

@courtniek98x, she has clothy (Muslin cloth) and a doggy toy but this is her first night and she is not happy 😔 I have no choice but to just take it away for good I'm not risking her teeth anymore xx

She's 3 in July so I know she is to old for it 😞 feel so terrible tho! She's come down to have some milk and some calpol (think she's getting a cold aswell!) god I hope it gets easier with out it!!xx

The first night is always awful. But before you know it, it'll be like she never had one. Each night she should hopefully settle a bit better.

I bought a load of stickers today and she gets one in the morning if she's a good girl so I'm hoping she's settles soon 🤔😔 feel so guilty tho xx

Ahh hope she’s settled for you. We did the fairy door. Left the dummies there for the fairy babies. My daughter was nearly 3.5 years 🙈 I should have got rid of it ages before as she was fine. But I know the guilty feeling of taking away that comfort x

Glad I'm not the only one 😂 she's gone down now daddy came home and dealt with her, doubt she'll sleep through tho but it's a start 👍 just really hope her teeth correct themselves!!xx

I took my daughters away just before christmas and i got a box let her decorate it and said that santa is going to take them all and give them to poorly boys and girls and it worked never askes for it at night shes just says im a big girl no dummy. You could always try something like that sayinf its a special childs birthday or the tooth fairy thing worked with me where my mym said that they came and got my dummies so it didnt make my teeth poorly x

Good idea I'll see how she is tomorrow if she still cries for it I'll try something like that, at the moment she thinks if she has a dummy her teeth will fall out! 🙊 feel sad she's growing up 😞xx

@isabellaboo It worked really well daughter didnt once wake up asking for her dummy she just kept saying poorly boys and girls have them and that shes a big girl. Your daughters teeth will correct themselves shes still young so dont worry about it x

My daughter is 2 3 in October and I noticed last week her teeth had a gap so on Monday I cut a small bit off the dummy and she kept telling me they were broken she only had them at night on Thursday we wrapped them and posted them to the dummy fairy (postman going to hate me 😂) and when we got home she had a present on the pillow she hasn’t asked for them once and she slept through! How did she get on? X
