I seriously hate anxiety... My finace says he "has to talk with me when he gets home from work"

Im just sitting here like what do we have to talk about? My minds going crazy?!? Did he cheat on me while i was on vacation and get the girl pregnant?!? (Very,very unlikely) am i not doing a good enough job around the house? Did he find us a 3 bedroom house to move to? Is he gonna quit his job? Can he not get his parental leave in july? Does he feel like were not communicating enough? Is he stressed out? My minds all over the place on this one..

Well see soon enough.. Until then ill just come up with a bunch of crazy thoughts because my mind doesnt know how to just chill tf out..
