Remembering my great grandma and how happy she was to finally have a boy in the family. She was so happy to see him and finally hold him. I took this picture 4 days ago. She passed today 5/2 at 1:03 p.m. I am so heartbroken and sad. She has fooled us 3 times before and had many doctors say she will not make it another month or 3 months but she proved them wrong and lived another year. You will always be loved ❤❤. Sorry for the sad long post I just wanted to share this photo of her holding my son and how strong of a woman she was. She has had 2 major heart attacks and pneumonia several times within a year and she also had a major stroke. She is the strongest woman I know
