I feel you there......it's tough but you gotta get your mind right for yourself and that baby.....nobody likes taking meds because it makes us feel like there's aomething wrong with us but it's worth it in the end.....I'm probably going to talk to my dr about it at my next apt myself because it's getting bad again.....always here if you wanna talk 💖

Tell your doctor. My work had me working overtime and I just couldn't do it anymore so my doctor wrote a note for work restricting me to 30 hours and it helped so much
