Can’t keep anything down can’t get out of bed I feel warm and diarrhea😫 has this happened to anyone before

I’m in the same boat the hospital told me I had to stomach flu they didn’t do anything but fluids and sent me home

I got it from my little brother he had it the day before also and I personally would if my temp goes up but I went for the fluids cause I pass out a lot and it’s been two days since I been sick like this
