If your ok with trying something else then try Aveeno Skin Relief Diabetic Dry Skin Lotion. I use it on my hands since I have eczema and it is the best lotion I have found for extremely dry skin.

Have you let your OB know? Extreme itching can mean there is a medical issue while pregnant. What kind of lotion have you been using?
