Sounds like she’s just trying to rekindle the relationship. Being adults with children it can be hard to talk every single day and get together super often. Life happens and people lose touch. Unless she did anything that actually was reason to end your friendship I don’t see why you should give her a hard time just because you guys haven’t talked in a while. 🤷‍♀️

@toomuchgab, you know I get that being an adult with child makes it complicated but not once in the past 9+months has she said a word to me like no hello no nothing and I’m pretty positive I’ve reached out to her to tell her congrats on the baby and that the baby is super adorable and heard nothing in response. Like I said I get it’s hard hell I barely answer my phone because I’m super busy with my daughter and preparing for my son but I at least reach out every now and then

Nah fuck her. I had a friend who did just that. Then 11 months later tried to talk to me. I invited her over and we talked but then after she never spoke to me again. She deleted me off every social media we had back then.

Life is hectic and parenthood is demanding. It could be simply just that as to why both of you lost contact with one another.

My best friend attended my baby shower for my 1st child when I was 32 weeks pregnant & actually never met my son until he was a year old! Yes this was very upsetting to me, but it was just life pulling us in different directions at the time.

If she's really someone you want in your life, then I'd suggest forgive & move on, but if not, then let it be.

@nwmomma2, I loved this girl like she was my little sister and I wouldn’t mind mending things but it’s not the first time and I just feel some type of way cause I see that she makes time for a lot of other people and then the only time she says something to me is when she realizes I’m about to have my son. I’m not sure if it’s just because I’m about to have another baby or if she genuinely cares

@nlock I totally understand. Mine is the same way. We've known each other since we were 3 and she also made me feel the same way so I get it. It hurts. It pisses you off. I had a hard time moving past it at first, but I finally told her that if she wants to be in my life then she can't just disappear and basically told her what I want out of our relationship and if she didn't want the same, then our relationship was over. She needed to be there for me instead of only contacting me when she needed me and how much it hurt me that she wasn't there when I had a child, but I when she did, I was making sure I was stopping by after work to check on her & help where I could.

Just be honest about your feelings and friendship expectations with her.

Catch up u seem like u care so u mite as well see why she went mia. If it don’t feel right no more keep it moving.
