@spookylyn, I got the ok for the vitamins I am taking but it’s a scared part of me that’s telling me it’s not enough I’m getting discouraged it’s a prenatal vitamin with one ingredient in it to help build a strong uterine lining

@tyshaijames2018, no problem try taking it once a day I was taking it so my hair could grow but guess not what my body did lol
