The cramps had stopped but they came back now off and on again so annoying 😑

I'm not even going to lie I drink a Starbucks with 3 shots of espresso and it moved my contractions fast let me tell you my contractions went fast idk why but they did .maybe it will work for you but everyone's different my contractions went fast next thing you know she popped out

Your welcome they told me the caffeine I drank moved then I was literally only at 3 1/2 centimeters and I ended up after drinking that then I was at 8 1/2 when I went into the hospital
