About to start this fitness journey again!
Growing up I was fairly heavy for my size, 4’11 130lbs until the summer before Junior year in high school I decided to become healthier. Cutting out soft drinks, sugar, and carbs. I began eating healthier and running 1-2+ miles daily along with some additional light cardio I dropped down to 105lb all in 2 months.
I gained so much energy, my appetite had significantly decreased and foods I used to enjoy such as sweets & fast food had actually begun to put me off.
My biggest goal by far is to have that energy again and being comfortable in my own body once more. I haven’t felt like myself since before my first pregnancy and I’m ready to get back to me! 💪
