My daughter still takes a bottle and she talks fairly well. As well as an 18 month old should anyway

My oldest had paci till 2 and he talked normal and on time.

No I do not believe it delays them. My twins are 2 1/2 And still use a paci(I'm embarrassed to say that) but they say 4 word sentences and clear.

Sometimes i have to pull the pacifier out so i can understand her. Otherwise 'yes' and 'no' become the same noise with the pacifier.

@mamaofzuri my baby does too😊and few other things I guess I shouldn't be embarrassed and that my baby is fine

3yo Ds never took a pack, sucked his thumb or bottle feed and we're in speech therapy since he's delayed. I don't believe the correlation

I was a thumb sucker my mom had the hardest time getting me to stop. I had to have 3 years of braces. Only to have my teeth shift again and need braces again! I have two boys and i only allowed them to have the paci the first month and stoped using it no thumb sucking and their teeth are perfect. My nephew sucks his thumb and now his teeth are moved and are no longer aligned hes the same age as my son. Both parents have never had braces.

@mamaofzuri yea she's learning little by little she repeats what I says,like she just sneezed and a lot of stuff came out and I said nasty blow your nose and she said nasty and we clapped (I say it all the time though when I clean her nose) I just gotta stick with her and watch what I say cause I member when she first tried to say as when I was changing her I didn't know to be mad at herself or me
