I am taking my daughter at the end of the month, she just turned 2 in March. I think the first couple visits are only for her to get use to it but I know she's gonna freak out. She gets so upset just going to the doctor. Does anyone have ideas about how to calm her down before going? I was going to go to the library to get books.
My son was 3. You can take them earlier to just get them used to a dentist but obviously they won’t clean them they will just get used to sitting in the chair and bright light which I bring sunglasses for my son. My uncle is a dentist so that what he always recommends.

6mnths ,wow. I heard by 3 or 4yrs. My cousin took her girl at 3 and she threw a huge fit.

2 yo. If you take care of their teeth there is no reason to take them so young.

She was 8 months old when she saw a dentist for the first time but she didn’t go to the actually dental office until she was 2 years old.

1, my babys teeth grew in late, she didnt get her first tooth till 1.
